Comments about Shogun Motorsports Bar Sliders:
I put 4 stars because you need to use the original hardware to install them so if your missing it you would still need to buy that as well.

This product arrived in a blister pack with only 4 pieces: the actual end sliders & the bolts to mount them. It didn't include any parts to screw the bolts into inside the handlebars.Perhaps they want you to use pieces from the factory barends during the install? Since there were no directions included, it's tough to say. Both the initial order & a follow up call to B.B. confirmed the 'kit' was to be all-inclusive, requiring no other parts from the bike (except the handlebars, obviously).Since my bike, a 2000 SV650 naked, was bought secondhand, with aftermarket barend mirrors installed, all I can tell you is the Shogun's bolts don't fit into the mirrors' rubber bar inserts' hardware - the bolts are way too skinny. And the mirrors' bolts are way to big to fit into the sliders. The sliders do appear well constructed, though.Perhaps, if you outsource additional hardware/inserts, they might work. I bought them on the condition that they were an all-inclusive kit, & that I specifically wouldn't have to 'cobble' together hardware/inserts to mount them. This is NOT the case, especially if you want to sell your old barends/mirrors later on.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Product was just as described and even fit my friends CBR100 when he needed them, Good price too.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This product fit very well. The only downside that that they look a bit bulky and the end of my bars.
