Love these, so much better than stock! My friend had these on his 99 cbr 900 and they were so much better than my 2007 gsxr stock grips. Just got them for my cbr 954 and I love them!

Comments about ProGrip 719 RVGS Open End Gel Motorcycle Grips:

I installed these over my stock grips and the difference is amazing. There is a dramatic reduction in the vibration transferred up through the bars, and the gel gives a great gripping surface. They seem to be a big larger over stock so they also reduce the amount of hand curl. Very tight installation but that's a good thing, and always use grip glue.

Comments about ProGrip 719 RVGS Open End Gel Motorcycle Grips:

Very comfortable compared to the original grips on my DR-Z. Left one was a little loose on my Renthal bars, however a little cement fixed that. If you've got a DR-Z, just go ahead and order a new throttle tube at the same time since the original grip is molded to it. [...] fair price.

I have a 2002 Honda VFR. Will these grips fit for my application and are these the best to reduce vibration and cushion the grip for my bike?

Does the throttle grip have to be cut off and then the new grip glued on? I am thinking of putting them on an 09 Ninja 650R.

Thanks for your question! When ordering the ProGrip RVGS Open End Model 719 Gel Grips you would need to cut the grips off and then glue the new on that is correct.
