Turns my starter Round N Round
from New Mexico
I bought this as the factory battery, from the dealer, that came with my bike began to not be able to turn the starter consistently when the temp got to around 40 degrees F. Put this battery in and starter has been turning consistantly even on cold mornings that are 32 degrees F. As long as this battery lasts into the third winter then I would say it maintains it's 5 star rating. If I remember in 2.5 years, I'll revisit this review.
Definitely would purchase again!
Fully charged ready for use just "Plug and Play"
Terrible product, DO NOT BUY!!!
from Atlanta, Ga
Purchased this battery and in a matter of 2 weeks it started expanding. Contacted BB and described the issue and requested a replacement battery of the same brand and model, thinking this was a fluke and giving it the benefit of the doubt. Received the 2nd battery within a week and, same as the other battery, it also started expanding in a little over 2 weeks. The motorcycle I installed these batteries on was purchased in 2005 and never had a problem with any other batteries expanding until I installed the Bikemaster batteries. I also didn't use a trickle charge or any other means of charging the battery once I received it so I'm at a loss to say what the issue is other than these batteries are poorly made. **** BEWARE WHEN BUYING THIS PRODUCT *****
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
