        • Q:

I have a 1981 Yamaha XS650SH and I need instrument replacement bulbs. According to the OEM parts list, all bulbs for the tach, speed, and other instrument lights show the same bulb and if I am looking at it correctly I need 8 bulbs all together if I want to replace all of them. The bulb specs out as a 12V 3.4 W t-10 but I have no idea which bulb here is the correct one. Could you tell me which of these bulbs is the correct one please?

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately Yamaha does not provide the bulb model number for the high beam indicator light with their schematic. We would suggest checking the metal base of the bulb which will usually have the model number stamped in it. Once you have the model number you can contact our Sales Department for help locating an aftermarket replacement.
