    Can this be used to add a length of wire from my original (sealed) coil to the spark plugs? My '74 CB200 has a good coil but bad wires. I plan to snip them close to the coil and use these connectors to add new wires and boots.

      I just used these on my 1974 CB450. I had to cut 2 layers of shroud but they fit and hold just fine. I will buy a new length of wire and add to them and yes they will accept the new wire fine as well, I just need to match the wire to the OEM.
