Comments about Accel High-Temperature Exhaust Wrap Kit:

bought 2 rolls of 2"x25'. i used EVERY INCH of it to wrap my 4 into 1 pipes on my cb750. watched a video on youtube on installation. it was tedious and time comsuming to install. i got fibers all over my clothes, which in turn irritated the daylights out of any skin that came in contact with my those clothing items.

none of this commentary is related to this product only - i'm sure i'd write the same about any wrap i bought from any supplier. this did, however, come with a very helpful table that gave lengths needed for specific diameter pipes. i'm saving it for future bikes. wish i would have seen this table before i ordered, though.

the wrap has only been on the bike for a week, and as of this writing (5/3/13), all is well. the ties are holding up well. the ends of the wrap do unravel rather easily during the installation process, though. but i'm happy with it so far.

Two Questions; this will be going on/relating to a 2006 Suzuki Katana 750.
Is this enough material to fully wrap an inline 4 cyl exhaust from the header to the muffler?
Does the kit come with enough clamps to do the aforementioned job?

Thanks for your question! This would be enough marterial to wrap that. You would need to buy more clamps though.

How hard is the tape to put on? How long will it last? How hard would it be to take off?

Thanks for your question! The wrap is easy to install, Just wrap around the pipe. four stainless steel tie wraps for the finishing touch to secure it. We are not given a date on how ling it will last We have ran on bikes for 3 years now. The wrap will last but the color black will fade to tan eventually.

i have a 1991 cb250 nighthawk with a hole in the exhaust. would this be a good temporary fix?

This exhaust wrap does not seal holes, it may reduce the noise coming from the hole, though. The purpose of this wrap is to hold heat inside the pipe, which increases the exit velocity of the exhaust gases, which will increase flow... a.k.a. more power!
