Pro Circuit 296 on YAMAHA yz250

By SYRO

Comments about Pro Circuit Type 296 Spark Arrestor Silencer:

I put it on my yz250R (2 stroke) huge difference, was worried about the stickers because it gets warm but it was no problem. Great product I am happy with my purchase. The sound is nice and when you give it some gas it still has a nice Brahhhpp sound. On the performance side its not to bad either.

Thanks for your question! When you get a slip on for your machine we would recommend rejetting the carburetor as well, usually you can go one size up from your stock sizing.

    • Q:

Sound improvement from stock. Legal on road?

My son added a Supertrapp and at least the sound is a nice solid deep rumble without being the least bit offensive. Not sure about the power increase.

Does this one have a nice deep sound and not the VW tinny sound? Does it fit with the Happy Trails Bag Supports for the Aluminum Panniers or the Givi Bag system?
