Comments about Shogun Motorsports Frame Sliders:
These sliders fit my 2006 FZ6 like a charm! They went on in mere seconds and with a torque wrench and some WD40. I know they are both secure and slightly rust proof. I would definitely recommend these because they are super user-friendly.

I ordered these for my '08 FZ6. awesome fit and finish. They come as two different lengths. One side is longer than the other to protect the transmission/left side(sticks out farther than the right side). The hardware was very decent. even came with a ShoGun Motorsports sticker - used it to cover up a scuff on the tail:)Havent had a chance to lay the bike down yet(hopefully never) but a pretty cheap addition that looks great.*Be warned tho, I have heard that in some cases frame sliders will crack the frame on FZ6's if hit a certain way. Sometimes they'll save the bike, sometimes end up making a small wreck total your bike. I think that is due to the material of the sliders, being a hard plastic, I think these sliders will give before the frame does. At any rate, they look great and are of great quality.
Pretty good product
Bought these for my Ninja Zx6. Not as long as I thought they would be but look like they would be affective if the bike was dropped. Material seems strong and looks like it would hold up well in a moderate speed slide. Wouldnt recommend for track applications where higher speeds accidents might occur but for the street they look cool and would probably help prevent damage. Overall good product for the money. Bikebandit shipping is fast. Had them in about 2 days.
Haven't laid it down

Super easy to instal for me however I do not have side cowls on my bike so no drilling was need. Take the oem bolt out put this one along with the slider back in very easy. Hopefully it performs well if I do lay it down. If it performs in a crash it would get 5 stars
