        I only use twin air filters on my dirt bikes they are better and cheaper than OEM, last longer too ! one piece filter element is much better.

            i understand the differant typs of material in the filters but i called K & N and asked the same question and they told me that they use the same filter oil on there cotton and foam filters and K&N suggested i ask the mfg of twin air

              Thank you for your question. Ok its possible to use that product, but not recommended. Foam filters are more porous. Foam filter oil is generally tackier than paper filter oil. Here is a product recommended by Twin Air.

              Thank you for your question. No you must use foam filter oil. K&N is a gauze type filter and uses different type of filter oil.

              This will come with just the air filter itself. The Stock OEM filter cage would be used to mount the aftermarket filter.
