Comments about Biker's Choice 2-Bolt Manifold Adapter:

This product is very sturdy. Spigot is 40mm inside diameter and bolt holes are 2.75" to center. No need to purchase an o-ring because this one has one built in.

Service and delivery comments:

Easy to find parts

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately we don't have the specs on your machine, you will need to measure for the proper fit.

  • Q:

Greetings! I just acquired a 1975 RD200B, with non-salvageable Teikei 20mm flange-mount carbs. (Corrosion has actually eaten the aluminum away, in a large way) I would like to convert to Mikuni VM's, but this carb adapter is listed for a 38mm carb; which might be just a tad too large for a 200! Also, the reed block face has a square port. I really haven't been able to find conclusive info on the internet for this swap; can you recommend the pieces to make it work? Alternatively, if you have the OEM carb bodies that would work, too! Many thanks!

Good question! This manifold fits based on a match of these sizing specs: Adapts spigot type carburetor to 2-bolt manifold. 2-3/4" hole spacing, 1-1/2" - 1-5/8" I.D. to a 38mm carb.

Thanks for your question. The carburetor sizing will vary for this manifold adapter. The outer diameter of the carburetor (engine side) would need to fall within the 1-1/2" - 1-5/8" inner diameter of the adapter to fit the carburetor.
