Product Details

The only load-based system available with stealth technology. You do not need a computer to adjust EFI when additional fuel delivery is needed when modifying engines. Tap-on stealth technology doesn’t interfere with stock ECU map and uses carburetor tuning logic. Simple to adjust with a screw driver. Increases horsepower and improves throttle response. LED lights indicate fuel delivery settings while tuning. This jet kit won’t interfere with stock sensors and inputs. Compact size - 3½" long x 1¾" wide x 5/8" thick. Tap in TFI box connects to stock wiring with quick splice connectors.

Comments about Dobeck Performance TFI Electronic Jet Kit - Tap-In Model:

[...]received the TFI box from BB and installed on my '99 VFR800. The only problem I had was the kit only included wire taps for a 2 cylinder bike and mine is a 4 cylinder VFour. So I had to make a call to the manufacturer. He apologized and offerred to send the addl taps but I chose to go to the local auto pts. store [...]Once that was cleared up everything worked great. Quicker warm-up and better seat of the pants acceleration. I already had installed a K&N and a slip-on.I'll have to dyno it to check the real HP/Torque gains.

is this product adjustable like the power commander? is this product as good as a power commander or which is better for the price.

          A:

Thank you for your question. Both units are good. The Dobeck box can be adjusted without the use of a laptop. The Power Commander will need to have laptop and WiFi or internet connection in order to re tune your fuel injection. With that said the Dobeck box is a little more user friendly. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at Sales@bikebandit.com, Live Chat or by phone toll free at 888-339-3888. We are more than happy to help.
