Comments about Dynojet Stage 1 Jet Kit:

I've run my bike with a slip on pipe for a couple years now on the stock jets, but after installing this kit the whole sound of the bike changed. It just runs so much smoother. It is also very easy to install.

      Great mod!

Comments about Dynojet Stage 1 Jet Kit:

I purchased a used 2001 Volusia and found out that these bikes had been set up from the factoryto run very lean. The previous owner had installed a K&N Filter which increased the leanness.

The install of the Dynojet kit was really easy and the results have been fantastic. I can feel a difference in the way the engine "pulls" through the gears especially in top gear passing situations. highly recommended!

Comments about Dynojet Stage 1 Jet Kit:

Installed to cure fuel starvation at highway speed. Jet is smaller than OEM jet but slimmer needles. A flat spot in acceleration developed when kit installed as instructed. Some trial and error adjusting required to get the acceleration curve right. Since troubleshooting guide says flat spot can be from rich or lean condition, took several tries to get it right. I'm happy now.

Besides the jet kit I also installed an after market silencer and opened up the air box. Performance was improved, just don't expect anything earth shattering.

Thanks for the question. Usually you want to stay with the stage 1 kits as they do not require any mods to your air filters or airbox. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you by contacting us by email at Sales@bikebandit.com, Live Chat or by phone at 888-339-3888. We are more than happy to help.

Thanks for your question! This will cover ALL carbs. The manufacturer does not list HP gains, you may want to check with DynoJet for that. Before attempting to instal on your own we suggest purchasing a service manual for your model.
