First helmet with fully-integrated and rechargeable power system that funs fans located in the helmet's chinbar to help keep face shield fog-free while continually circulating cool, fresh air around the helmet's interior. Also features an ultrabright LED light which can be used for convenient night-time utility or in situations where high visibility is desirable. Lightweight rechargeable 7.4 VDC 600mAh Lithium Ion power system with included wall charger; system lasts over 20 hours with normal usage with a full charge. Two miniature high-capacity fans circulate air inside the helmet: one draws in fresh air through the chin vent, and the other exhausts it through the side vents. AFX FX-11 Lghtforce Solid Full Face Helmet features an ultrabright 6000mcd LED that can be seen for almost a mile and lasts over 10,000 hours. Highly durable and waterproof switches. Single screw, quick release side cover shield.

      I'd say this helmet has a great look and feel. It can be a little loud on faster rides but it is an excellent value. The helmet is not cheaply made its DOT certified so it will protect your skull in the event of a drop or crash. Don't put a price tag on your life. Get a DOT/snell certified helmet and routinely check the integrity of it. I bought this one for myself and got a sweet pink AFX for my wife. She looks super adorable in it. And I feel good knowing she is safe. Wear your gear at all times ride safe take routine Motorcycle safety courses cause you will learn new techniques and have fun trying out things under closed course conditions.

        very snug fit. Ordered a larger size than normally wear and it still fits snug. The fans seem to work good and the light is very bright. Overall a good helmet for the money.

        Suggest ordering one size larger than normal. I normally wear a Large, but I ordered an XL and it was almost too small. I have only had the helmet for a week so I am hoping it will "wear in".
