Comments about All Balls Wheel Bearing Kits:
I was replacing the rear tire on my 06 boulevard C50, bike bandit is the only place I could find the bearings I needed and at a great price. The bearings fit great and were an exact replacement. Im not sure why, but the kit came with 3 bearings which I was happy about since I have knocked dust covers off in the past by accident. It was well worth the money to replace the bearings and know that they are good for the next long haul.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

There are those who have had great experience with All-Balls bearing kits, and there are those who claim All-Balls are overpriced, poor-quality junk. Considering that the All-Balls bearings I installed in my DL650 V-Strom lasted for all of one summer and 10,000 miles, I'm inclined to agree with the latter opinion -- or that, at best, the quality of the All-Balls bearings is very inconsistent. When I installed these bearings, I was careful to only apply pressure to the outer race, I coated the outside of the bearings and the cup for the bearings inside the hub with wheel and bearing grease, I installed the new dust seals to protect the bearings, etc., etc. In other words, while I fully admit I'm not a trained mechanic, I spend a long time reading up before doing new work on the bike, so I don't think it was poor installation technique that caused the bearings to fail.Bottom line: don't waste your money on these. Go to the local bearing shop and buy the appropriately sized quality (SKS, Timken, etc.) bearings instead of All-Balls.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I've put this brand in my street bike and dirt bike and have had no problems. Would recommend for replacement of any application.
