The Alpinestars Bionic 2 Protector Jacket is constructed of technical stretch mesh with a YKK semi autolock front zipper closure. It features CE-certified GP shoulder and elbow protectors, a removable CE-certified Level 2 bionic back protector, and a plastic and foam chest guard. The adjustable arm and shoulder straps as well as the adjustable waist closure give the rider a personalized fit.

This is good and innovative protective wear. I like that in combination with the mesh, the armor doesn't shift around when I need it. Fairly comfortable (no protective wear is really comfortable) and thankfully breathable. I'm in Arizona and it's hot. I sized this in a local shop and at 5' 11" and 185lbs, I went with an xl. Like a little extra room, but it's fully adjustable and can be cinched down. As with most specialized items, sure wish this was less expensive.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Nice jacket, covers nicely your shoulders, arms and back. The mesh material helps the jacket fit snug and allows it to breath. Can be bulky with another jacket on top. I'm 5' 10" and weigh 175lbs and ordered the large which fit me well.

It feels a little bit big but it fits snug and doesn't move around. Gives great protection for the back, shoulders, elbows and chest while still maintaining flexibility.

This product is made for women with no breasts. Had to return the large and get the XL. It fits fair now but I might as well ordered the mans version, because the breast cups are positioned at my ciollarbones, even wearing a sport bra. I will keep it, however, because it looks so bionically awesome!

      Hi, this is Joey, back after I got the answer to my question, and it wasn't correct. If you are anything over 200 lbs. you should purchase the xxl. I purchased the xl, as instructed and am in the process of waiting on my xxl. It was nice when I got though. Can't wait on the xxl. Hope this helps anyone else.
