The Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support is designed to work with a helmet to reduce the risk and severity of a catastrophic neck injury. It functions by providing an alternative load path for the energy that compresses the neck. It also helps to reduce the chance of muscular injuries associated with extremes of head movement. Key features include a pivot key system that allows the convenient front opening of the device while also allowing it to be dismantled in an emergency; a fine adjustment fitting system, a rear stabilizer failure system, and a carbon composite frame.

      Thanks for your question! We know this would be working with most chest protectors that were made in the last 2 years. We know the Airframe has been out for a while in manny differemt versions so this may or may not work for you depending on when this was made.       Thanks for your question! The Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support will not require any additional straps to use. The neck support will work independent of the jacket.

      Thanks for your question! The only difference between the Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support and the Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support SB would be the material its made out of. The Regular Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support would be made fully out of carbon fiber, the Alpinestars Bionic Neck Support SB would be made out of a carbon composite so its about a pound heavier.
