Cost effective was to do track days.Unless you're Rossi or really hard core,this back protector should be just fine.
Decent Enough Protection

I bought this to slip into my Alpinestars B-52 leather jacket. Its lightweight and not to bulky, and offers decent back protection for very minor accidents, but because of its lack of straps I wouldn't count on this doing a whole lot of good in a more serious fall.
Way too stiff

Too ridged for every day, wear it when you know your going to crash. I'm sending it back.
