Comments about Alpinestars SMX Plus Racing Motorcycle Boots:
excellent boots. fits really great right out of the box. i did not need any break in. although for first timers on racing boots, need to get the feel of the gear shifter and the break pedal, after that you are all set. very comfortable and pretty warm for cold weather riding. zippers are great and the inner lacing locks your feet in place and at the same time is movable for short distance walking. i would not recommend walking for a prolonged time in these since they are not made for that and could wear out the soles easy. very good grip on oil spill spots and wet roads. great protection and grip in track racing. i would highly recommend these if you are willing to pay the price but you get what you pay for. after all it is Alpinestars.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
