After crashing pretty hard on my elbow and breaking it i will not ride again without the proper elbow protection. I purchased these pads which i found very comfortable and do not restrict my movement or move around on my arm.

These elbow guards seem pretty decent - nice materials. Have not put them to the test in a crash yet - but if I ever do, hope they stay in place and do not rotate around my arm upon impact.
