Comments about Arai XD'4 Explore Dual Sport Motorcycle Helmet:
I've owned owne Shoei Hornet and one Arai XD3 prior to buting this XD4 and have thousands of miles on each both on and off road. The new XD4 looks the same at first but it is way better. First more chin room. I have a mic in my helmet for a comm system and the new Arai helmet has about 1.5" more room. It make a huge diff. Also the ear holes are much better / biger. Airflow is better too. Fit and finish is typical top quality for an Arai helmet. Yes they are $$$, but I get a new helmet about every other year and think it is worth getting the best.
