The Baja Designs Turn Signal Kit are ery flexible and durable turn signals suitable for dual sport conversions and replacements for fragile O.E.M. units. Fully D.O.T. approved. Uses 10 watt bulbs, so current demand is less from low powered dual sport motorcycle stators. Less dimming and pulsing on AC systems. Sold in pairs.

Comments about Baja Designs Turn Signal Kit:
I bought these turn signals to replace the aftermarket ones that came on my 1982 Yamaha XJ650J. The previous owner had put on some nice but flimsy turn signals, and they snapped off pretty easily from just brushing against them... So I wanted to get something more durable.First of all, the product seems pretty durable out of the box.. Though not really as flexible as you would think. The two wire hook up makes it very simple, and in the end it looks great on my bike... BUT...In order to get these installed on my bike, I had to make some modifications. There is an additional plastic nub on the side of the turn signal base which prevented me from screwing them in at all. I ended up having to snip them off completely...The only other problem that I had was the factory washers prevented me from screwing the turn signals in properly. When I screwed them in with the factory washers, both turn signals ended up facing straight down. I used a thinner washer, and they face back, no problems. So, all in all I am pleased with this product. It's difficult to find aftermarket parts that are supported on older bikes, and Bike Bandit does an excellent job indicating what fits and what doesn't. This one fits with a little work, and looks good.
good product overall

the product fit perfectly on front of my KLR250 but needed a longer mounting post on the rear. But with some minor drilling on my fender it threaded up.Dont panic when the signal stays lit and dosent flash.Just change the 10 watt bulbs with the original bulbs and save the cost of the new flasher relay.Great looking product!
Not Necessarily Plug-And-Play

Be sure these turn signals draw enough power to trip your flasher relay. They didn't on my KLR so they simply stayed lit when activated. I was forced to replace the stock relay with a variable wattage flasher with which the signals worked as intended. As well, you have to attach the plugs at the end of the wires yourself so there's additional work than one would expect when installing. Nice sturdy turns signals however.
Nice but not in the cold

These lights were easy to instal and work very well until winter, at that point the rubber became brittle and both broke within a week of each other. So if you ride in warm weather only they should hold up fine.
