Comments about Baron Air Injection Kit:
The plates for my 2001 Nomad are of good quality with a nice finish. The vacuum caps included were slightly large for the carb on my bike, a sturdier clamp would probably work but I spent a buck on a better fitting cap. The directions say to just remove the reed plate covers, but you will want to also remove the reed plates. Allows you to remove all the secondary air hoses and valve. Cleans up the look of the motor and stops the popping on decel with aftermarket pipes. Nice pieces, I would give it 5 stars if the vacuum caps would have fit better.
Engine looks way classier with this.

removed lots of fake clutter

I had to go get some good gasket material. The instructions say you can install the plates without gasketing, but hell no. My 99 Suzuki Marauder has a fake air box with the reed valve stuff in it. It looks a lot better with that gone.

The Baron Air Injection Kit fit my 2003 VTX 1800 perfectly and was a snap to install. It eliminated almost all of the popping and backfire associated with the Air Injection System. A Power Commander will do the rest. Eliminates a lot of clutter around the top of the engine also like says it will.
