Comments about Bell Custom 500 Skratch Pin Stripe Open Face Motorcycle Helmet:
I have had the helmet for a weak and couldn't be happier. Although I usually wear and XL in the full face I ordered a L for the Bell 500 and it fits perfect. Below 55 it doesn't move at all and the chin strap pretty much hangs loose. If you want to rev it up a bit you'll need to tighten it down, it's still and open face and catches a bit of wind. However, at low and high speeds the comfort is impressive. One note on this model it also has a large logo on the back not pictured, it's the Scratch logo which looks cool but was a bit of a surprise when I unwrapped it. I have been wearing it on my commute and took it out on a 300 mile ride on Sunday. These Bell 500s live up to their billing. Great style, shockingly light and small for a DOT helmet and as comfortable as any helmet I've owned.
