i had bought one of these for my uncle for christmas this past year.... i never received a confirmation email or any information on the gift-card at all i had to print out my oder summary sheet off of my order history page and give that to my uncle fro christmas.... in the end the card still worked and all but it could have been a more smooth transaction and could have had a prompt print screen so i didnt have to wait for confirmation........i hope they work out all the kinks id like to order one of these again so i can get some new customers to bike bandit maybe next time ill plan a little farther ahead and just order the hard copy card, this just seemed to be the quicker last minute choice.

Easy to order for my brothers birthday. BUT... he never got confirmation of the gift. I had to send him MY purchase confirmation for BikeBandit to find it in their system. Once found, there were no issues using it for a new windshield. Maybe this was a 1-time issue. BikeBandit has been great in the past.
Quick and Easy

My son wanted something but couldnt make up his mind so he suggested an electronic gift card. His bike needs a few items but he isn't ready to pick them up. A gift card is usable at any time and he could use it whenever he is ready. The only thing I was concerned about was the time it took to receive the confirmation in the mail (almost 12 hours).

Gift card purchased as a gift to my son. Having no idea what his immediate needs were, I was confident he'd know instantly. It sure beats buying something as a gift that's really not appreciated or used to its fullest potential.
