Comments about BikeMaster TruGel Battery (MG12-BS):
Hard to rate a battery after only a week, so I'm giving it 5 stars for now and I'll come back and update this or write another review if it fails to meet expectations down the road (literally). I liked that this battery is already sealed, no acid to mess around with, just drop it in and hook it up. The price was a little more than other batteries, but I chalked that up to the price of convenience. [...] Keep up the great work, Bandit!
Great product

I have a 2000 Kawasaki ZX6R and while the site says that this battery will fit, it takes a little bit of patience. I may need to fiddle with it some more, but it makes the seat ride about a 1/2" too high. This could be an easy fix, but I bought this because it was on sale and the battery I bought at Wal-Mart this time last year was already half dead cell wise, and I keep it on a tender. I've only had this battery for a few weeks, so I can't vouch for the dependency of it yet, but I do know that it handled starting my bike up in 19 degree weather no problem. Took a little bit of cranking, but it started, other batteries after a bit of cranking in the cold I've noticed need to be recharged. I'll be sure to come back after a month or two of riding to let everyone know how it handles.
Great Battery!

This morning I went out to start my 1994 VFR 750 which I had left sitting outside under a bike cover for the last 2 1/2 months (in the winter) without starting it once. I was concerned that I would have to recharge the battery or possibly jump start the bike as the weather is freezing and starting a carburated motorcycle that has been sitting that long is always difficult. To my surprise the battery just kept cranking until the motorcycle started up without the cranking speed slowing down much at all. I would estimate it took over 5 minutes to get it rolling but this battery did the job.

Seems like a high quality battery. It is nice not having to deal with battery acid.
