Better than bulkier neck warmers

As warm as bulker neck warmers because it's totally windproof. Stays put over the jacket collar. Packs down to nothing. Should also keep water from running down the inside of the jacket collar, but I haven't been in a heavy enough storm to make a real test.

Great product. Temps are sometimes in high 30s and low 40s now in the morning, so have been using the Biker's Comfort in Action Wind Tube when riding my bike to work. Makes a big difference.
Comfortable full coverage

One of the best purchases I have made for cold weather riding. I used it extensively on a trip two weeks ago in conditions down to 3 degrees C and did not feel a chill on my neck at all. It is very comfortable to wear under the helmet even on my long 8 hour ride. While it doesn't advertise itself as waterproof, it is water resistant and should keep most of the rain off your neck and out of your jacket collar.
