Not a bad tire

By StormRider

from FT Bragg, NC

Pros

  • Good grip in the wet
  • Good on road handling

Cons

  • Cupping on the front tire

Best Uses

Over all not a bad tire. Good on road grip, and does well in the rain. These are the stock tires on my Triumph Tiger 800XC. I dont have not used any other tire on it yet. I think I should have been able to get more miles before I hit the wear bar on the front tire. I only got 7,500 miles before I was down to the wear bar on the front tire. The front tire also was starting to cup. I still had tread left on the rear tire before the wear bar. I used the tires in the sand and in the mud and they were terrible. They worked just fine on fire breaks and dirt roads. If I really had too, I could get around 1,500-2000 more on road miles.
