OE fitment for Honda NX125, NX650, Suzuki DR650 and DRZ400S. Designed primarily for dual sport use, this long-wearing, 4-ply front/rear combination tire has self-cleaning tread blocks that still give a traction edge for muddy and loose terrains. Special dimpled tread pattern means many edges, which helps maximize traction. Unique front/rear combination provides balanced highway and off-road performance.

Comments about Bridgestone Trail Wing TW42 Motorcycle Tire:
I bought this as a replacement for the stock tires on my 2012 suzuki dr650se. I had originally planned to buy something a little more dirt oriented like TKC's or something like that but realied I end up riding a lot more street than I thought I would. The stock TW42 rear tire lasted about 8500 miles and the front still has quite a bit of life left in it. I would guess I was running about 80% street, 20% dirt, and the dirt was not just easy gravel, but large rocks, mud, logs , etc. The tw42's held up great and offered a decent amount of traction on and of road. Even in the rain they stuck pretty well.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Good dual sport tire
from College Park, MD
I use the OEM Trail Wing tires on my 2007 DR650SE. I ride about 80/20 highway/offroad. The TW42 back tire lasts ~9,000 miles and the TW41 front lasts ~18,000 miles. After mounting, original balance was fine: no weights had to be added to the rim.

Great tire for the money!
from Flowery Branch, GA
I purchased these as replacement tires for a Yamaha 250 dual sport and can not believe the difference in handling on the street! This tire is a great combination for folks that don't do all their playing in the dirt. The cost is very reasonable and I was pleased with the size availablity. I am looking forward to seeing how well they hold up.
Still looks great after 1st 1600 miles!!
from Deerbrook, WI
Mounted this tire 3 days before ride around Lake Superior. After those 1,584 miles it still looks very good! Even had a chance to hit some hardpacked gravel roads on that run.. handled them with ease! Hope to get 8,000 miles out of it on the DR650, mostly pavement miles.
