I purchased 2 to use with HJC Symax III helmets as an intercom setup and bluetooth connection to my I Phone. I followed the owners manual in order and fully installed all items into both helmets. When trying to charge the units one units LED did not work to indicate that the unit was charging. It appears that they reversed a piece on the cover rendering the LED useless. I contacted Bike Bandit the day that I received the merchandise and was told they would contact Chatterbox. 2 days later I was told to return the item with all parts including those already installed. The one unit that does work was easy to pair with my iphone and I have been able to use the music and Phone capablilites. I cannot report on the intercom because I only have one working unit. The installation into the HJC helmet is relatively easy and the look and fit is good. The speaker placement works well for me and the positioning of the microphone may take a few adjustments.I would recommend that you do not follow the instructions in order and make sure that the units work prior to installation.The jury is out on the final review until the problem with the non-working unit is corrected. The return process is policy driven without common sense so if you have a problem be prepared to return the whole package. They will not correct the malfunctioning part without a full return. I have attached a picture of the units to show the reversed center cover (top unit)
