Comments about Clymer Manual Yamaha V-Star 1100 1999-2009 (Manual # M2814):
The manual is well written and easy to understand, especially with the hundres of illustrations. I bought it to help replace starter clutch on my VStar 1100, saved about $500 by doing it myself instead of taking it to the shop! If you are a "shade tree mechanic" this is a must have item. One helpful hint, before starting on a project,"book mark" the relative pages with over sized paper clips, it will help keep the pages clean as most proceedures require flipping back and forth. Can't wait to jump into another project!
