2014 EKS Beer Optics Goggles Review
September 9, 2013 - San Diego, CA
We love beer. We love goggles. But beer goggles? Not something we usually are excited about. Case and point, the definition of the term "beer goggles."
Phenomenon in which one's consumption of alcohol makes physically unattractive persons appear beautiful; summed up by the phrase, "there are no ugly women at closing time."
When I took her to bed, she looked like Halle Berry. When I woke up, she looked like Keith Richards!
Unfortunately, this phenomenon runs pretty rampant around motocross and supercross events where event spectators indulge in copious amounts of brew. Hopefully, that excludes the actual riders... At least until now. EKS Brand - pronounced X Brand – has just released their newest line of motorcycle goggles, Beer Optics Goggles.
While they may not make the females around you more attractive, they do have some pretty awesome features that you wouldn't necessarily expect from a motorcycle goggle named after a drinking problem. Each pair of Beer Optics Motorcycle Goggles has a pliable Polyflex urethane frame that is made to contour to your specific face for comfort and better protection from the riding elements. The strap is woven with an adjustable, double buckle and silicone backing to help it fit right and stay fitting right. Each pair of Beer Optics Motorcycle Goggles comes with a standard tinted, anti-fog coated, Polycarbonate lens that is 100% UVA protected while the foam is made of a Hydrophilic EO1-5 two-layered, fleece lined foam that forms to the face to give a great seal while still wicking moisture for comfort.
These off road motorcycle goggles come in four different styles, Cerveza, Frosty, Heiny and Bullet and are styles to look like some of your favorite beer brands. Get them at BikeBandit.com: 2014 EKS Beer Optics Goggles.
