Product Spotlight - Michelin Tires

The Michelin T63 is a dual sport tire that gives you the best of both worlds.

The tires you put on your motorcycle can have a huge effect on how your bike rides, so we know that you don't want to put low quality rubber on your wheels. Luckily, it's easy to find the best of the best here at BikeBandit and with the Easter Tire Sale just around the corner; the prices are hard to turn down. But with so many different brands to choose from, where do you even start? We've found that Michelin motorcycle tires are perfect no matter what kind of riding you're doing and come at a decent price.

If you spend most of your time on your sportbike both cruising the streets and owning the track, the Michelin Pilot Power 2CT is perfect for both. This radial tire was the winner of the 2009 Motorrad sport tire test. In wet or dry conditions, the tire's compound of a soft rubber mix on the outside will give you an enhanced lean angle and grip for when you want to push your bike to the limit. The aggressive profile of this tire gives the tires great response when you perform quick transitions into a full lean. You'll get great durability for street riding because of the tire's intermediate center compound. These tires are perfect for all around sportbike riding.

Michelin also offers a wide range of tires for off-road bikes. From soft sand riding to hard packed trails, they've got a tire for each. The Michelin Starcross MS2 and MH3 are both great for either soft to intermediate tracks or intermediate to hard tracks. The knobs on the tire are reinforced to resist wear or chunking and are durable on intermediate and hard tracks. These tires have a tread that allow them to also be reversible. As the tread begins to wear, just flip them around to extend their lifespan.
