This is an update of my past review; I've just replaced the front at about 16k miles. These tires have performed very well. They easily outperformed the stock tires and a set of Dunlop 220's on this bike, both in wear, handling characteristics and traction. The my last rear tire lasted over 10k, with most of the wear in the center. The front has worn more to a 'v', but this is probably more due to my riding style (trail braking into corners) than the tire.

I've run a full set for the past 10k miles and just started my second rear. These tires a fabulous for commuting and any sport riding at about 85% or below. Even when pushed, these tires are very predictable at their limits.

I have 5K miles on a new set of this tires and I am very satisfied with them. I ride a 2003 SV650 with 39K miles on it. Previously I have used the stock tire a Dunlop D220 sportmax and the Dunlop Qualifiers. In my opinion the Continental are better than both of them. They are wearing out at the same rate as the sportmax and handle like them in the rain, on dry pavement they make me feel more confident than the Qualifier. This is the first set of tires that I get rid of the chicken strips and I did it without even trying. Outstanding tires and a great price too. I hope they don't stop making them. They warm up fast, the steering feels sharp and secure, grip is higher than I dare to push them, confidence inspiring while braking,and they haven't slipped once on wet roads yet.

This order worked out GREAT!! I had a 2500 mile trip scheduled for 7/15 Thurs. I ordered a set of tires last minute 7/09. Tires arrived 7/13, got'em mounted and we headed out earlier than planned 7/14. The tires literally stuck to the road "better than a politician to a good lie" as I read in "Motorcyclist" magazine.
