I ordered the chain with standard shipping, so it took a little while to get to me, but I've had it on the bike for about a week now and so far it's performing as advertised.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    What is the difference between this 530 standard chain (non o-ring) and an o-ring style 530 chain? (Besides the o-rings of course). I ask because my understanding is that the o-ring simply keeps dirt out of the pins. This being said, why wouldnt this work on an 800cc street bike while the o-ring version does?

      Thanks for your question! With the chains the tensile strength of the links will be a big factor, since standard chains are built different the tensile strength is alot less, this would have the capability of breaking during riding. The O-ring chain has stronger links and the O-rings increase it's strength as well.
