100% waterproof premium all weather cover.150 x 250 denier polyester with water resistant undercoating. Improved Moisture Guard Vent made of hard plastic allowing vent to remain open for better ventilation. Elastic shock cord sewn into bottom. Improved grommets sewn directly into the cover so thieves must cut through the cover to remove a locked cover. Sewn in windshield liner.

    This Dowco cover surpasses my expectations. It is well constructed and really IS waterproof. It looks good covering the scoot and goes on and comes off easy. When on, it is "strapped" underneath and buckled on the starboard side. Get the right size and it will cover the entire bike without dragging on the ground. A good investment to protect your most prized possession. I love this cover and would buy it again. Outstanding quality from Dowco and great service from "Bike Bandit" Thanks guys.

          I had bought a cover to replace my first cover and it only lasted 16 months. My first cover was great, lasted four years but the second one was disappointing.
          I decided to try this Dowco Guardian WeatherAll Plus cover. I am very pleased with the thickness, assembly, great fit and water repellancy of this cover. It reminded of what my first cover looked like. Time will tell me the quality of this cover.
