This chain breaker worked very well for me. I put this tool through its paces recently and it showed no signs of giving in. Seems like this tool will actually last for a decent amount of time.
Needed Some Coaxing

I bought this to break a heavyduty 520 chain for my Kawi. This tool had some serious drawbacks.1) Instead of grabbing around the entire chain it only grabs around one sidewall so the tool nicks the center of the chain while you are using it, and as it pushed the pin out of the link it bends the other sidewall of the link you are removing, making it harder to actually get the pin out2) the center piece designed to push the pin through was not nearly long enough to push the pin clear out the other side. I ended up having to use a hammer and small screwdriver to finally pop the pin out after using this tool on it in both directions
