Great tool. Just grind off the peened over end of the pin on the chain and use this tool. Works like a charm every time. Much better than trying to use a hammer and punch. Good quality tool.

looked every were for a braker that was heavyduty enough to use more than once and that would cost less than 100.00 thats this one
the schematics alone are worth taking a look at bikebandit and cheep prices

This tool was a good addtion to my tool box, It's heavy duty,although it takes a bit of getting used to. But it works fine and will get the job done. What else can you ask for?

this chain breaker isnt the best but it gets the job done for its price. it only grabs half of an actual link so it does end up bending the opposite side. and the tip that pushes the pin through wasnt long enough as someone has already stated. so u have to mess with the link to pop it out. just push the link on the side u pushed it through on up. and it'll come right apart.good tool tho.
good stuff. they have stock products and aftermarket.
