Comments about DuPont Multi-Use Lubricant with Teflon Fluoropolymer:
After trying almost everything for chain lube on my KLR650 and experiencing the grinding paste that most oil type lubes turn into on dusty roads, I was looking for something else. Another webbike review in the Internet world recommended this product and I am glad I tried it. It goes on clean and easy, doesn't fling off, and stays clean in dusty, dirty environments. Highly recommended for O-ring type chains. I hope to provide another review after a year of riding on a new chain and sprocket, reporting on the wear factor.
I Like It

I have'nt used it long but compared to chain wax and white grease, I think it's great. I have to ride over 1/4 mi. of fire road(dirt n gravel) to get out of where I live. This stuff does not pick up dirt n gravel and the chain seems to stay set longer too.
great stuff

i have been using this product for years and i love it! i used pj1 in the past but this stuff is cleaner and i have not found wear to be any different. it also does not attract dirt as much as other lubes. recommend highly!
Great chain lube for dirt or street

Been using the spray version of this oil on my V-Strom and my kids dirtbikes for a couple of years. I bought the small squirt bottle to save space on longer trips as opposed to the full-size can. It does good job lubing the chain but doesn't attract a lot of crud as it goes on wet and drys to a film. Any overspray can be wiped off with a dry cloth and you don't get a bunch of "fling." I do notice that under my countershaft sprocket cover on the Strom there tends to be a "gummy/sticky" build-up over time and I clean out under there about every six months or so but it doesn't keep me from using it. Other lubes build up just as much but with a more greasy/wetter type muck that is a bit easier to clean out. I got 17000 miles on my OEM chain before replacement and have 11,000 on my current chain with no kinks or signs of wear yet. I expect to get 20000-30000 miles out of this chain. If you've never tried this lube give it a try.
