Comments about DuPont Multi-Use Lubricant with Teflon Fluoropolymer:
I was skeptical - teflon fluoropolymer? Little blue bottle? Tried it anyway...you can see the liquid soaking into the joints with not much drip, it dries and does not fling off, and it does not build up goop. Dual-sport, street, trail bike - it works in all conditions. And it is small enough to put in your tool pack. Try it - you will not be disappointed.

This lubricant is ultra low viscosity to quickly penetrate deep into chain rollers and between plates. Good film strength to take shock loads from mx jumps or jamming on atb pedals. Works better than chain waxes that I have used.

I have been looking for something easy to pack in the tool box and apply in the field. Flipped my z400 into a pond (all that was seen were the tires) when the bike was removed all the cables were full of mud and water. once i used my normal cable cleaner and lube, the clutch and throttle cables were still binding. i applied a small amount of Dupont multi-use lube to the cables and they are as smooth as ever. this will forever be a part of my field kit !!
