Out of round makes for a rough ride

Comments about Duro HF317 Classic/Vintage Motorcycle Tire:
I purchased a front tire for my Honda Rebel and it was so out of round that the bike front end would jump up and down as I road down the road. I did not dare go over 10mph. Bikebandit was great about replacing the tire but the secound tire is a litle bit out of round. I can ride on it but plan to get anotherbrand.
