Beats the price of a DID chain

Comments about EK 530 SRX Premium X-Ring Motorcycle Chain:

I put this chain on, only because the front sprocket of my 2004 ZRXr was causing noise and vibrations. Due to a plastic overlay that the Kawasaki Mfg. installed on it when the chain from the Mfg. wore out the clearances to that plastic. I changed this out at 14,000 miles.

I then installed a new chain by EK & new sprockets, right now I have over 60,000 miles on my bike. The EK chain is still working fine with out any rusted links or problems!

I will continue to buy EK products because of this fantastic engineering.

When I first started riding bikes in 1956 you were lucky if the chain lasted 10,000 miles. They have come a long way with the technology of motorcycle drive chains! Thank-God!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    This is the second time I ordered this chain with sprockets. Even though the rear sprocket was worn down to sharp points, the chain could probably have been re-used The bike is a daily commuter on Padre Island, TX, where sand and salt shorten the life of everything.

    chain went on easy and works smooth...time will tell how long it lasts. As far as I can tell so far it's a five star chain!

        Thank you for your question! Your machine does require a 530x114 chain. You can use an x-ring or an o-ring on your machine. The x-ring is just a little better.

        Thanks for your question! The main difference in the shape of the seal in the chain. The X-ring has a larger surface area which will seal out more dirt and hold in more lubricant. Both chains will cause drag compared to a standard non-seal chain.
