My original shifter failed when the end piece failed to flex. This shifter should eliminate that as a potential issue. Fit without modification. Bearing came pre lubricated - shifting is far superior to the past shifter (which needed the bearing cleaned and lubricated).

Great product that is as described. Installation was very easy and the shift lever looks great on my bike!! This thing works and does what it was intended for!!
