Comments about http://a3.bikebandit-images.com/product_images/fi/60/firstgear-heated-rider-motorcycle-gloves.jpg Firstgear Heated Rider Gloves:
Riding for 44yrs year round in South Texas, Albuquerque,NM, San Diego,CA, and for the past 26 yrs in El Paso,TX. I have worked nights for the past 23 yrs, I finally purchased heated gloves for those cold commutes home in the early morning during the winter in which temps will typically be mid 30's to low 20's and at highway speeds the wind chill will put the temps to well below zero. I've purchased the best insulated gloves I could find and still was on the verge of frostbite, much pain every morning. The First Gear heated gloves are excellent. Although the wiring is balky and the gauntlets a bit too small to go easily over the cuffs of my Tour Master Flex jacket it's a small price to pay for warm hands. I usually have the temp sent at slightly over 50% on the dial and this keeps my hands toasty warm in the upper 20's. I'm impressed! I tried it at maximum and found it too be too hot, burning hot! A revelation in winter riding comfort. I am now considering taking extended rides during the winter months as the only thing that prevented this was cold hands.
Service and delivery comments:
I teel them about the wide selection and the AMA discount, as well as the dleivery time and courtesy of your staff. Delivery time is short, prices are competetive, and who can say no to a big black lab holding a counter shaft sprocket in his teeth.

Good, but had to return
Gloves worked well. Kept my hands very warm. I had to return them because the left glove stopped working after the 4 time i used them. Bike bandit will give me a refund.
Worth the investment
from Fredericksburg VA
I like to ride as long as the roads are iced, but my hands would be frozen when I stopped. These were the perfect solution for me, they work great and really get hot when turned up all the way.
3 winters and they are still great!
I've had these First Gear electric gloves for 3 seasons now. This is an update for those of you who might be hesitant to purchase. These gloves have been through rain and snow and all other forms of precip in between. The only thing I have a problem with are the electrical cords from the Heatroller to the gloves. I would like to see a coiled cord like a phone, that would stretch and rebound. But otherwise these gloves have been really great. I still would like to see bigger gauntlets, and recoil cords as mentioned above but they keeps your hands warm and that's what I bought them for.
