Comments about Firstgear HT Motorcycle Overpants:
I rated these a "4", but would have rated them "4.5"if possible.I have only worn these pants 5 times so far, but 3 of those have been in rain / heavy rain. They havedone a great job keeping me dry.I really like the attention to detail and how the liner works with the outer shell. The zippers and snaps at the bottom of the leg go a long way in keeping the wet out. These pants are warm with the liners, are workinggreat for the fall weather in New England and I anticipate will work well for the upcoming winter. I haven't had a chance to use them without the liners, so cannot comment.I wear a 34 /34 jean. I bought the 34T, which areperfect for me on the bike ( GS1200 )but are a little long ( and baggy ) when walking around. I tried the regular "34" and they felt better walking around, but came up too high on the boot when I was on the bike. I really like the coverage the 34T give me over the boot.I haven't tried wearing them on my sport bikes. The pants feel like they would get too "bunched up" in the more aggressive seating positions typical of these bikes.
Great Overpants

Really a great overpant. They are warm but the inner pant can be easily removed if the ride gets a little warm later in the day and also open the vents.
