Treat the sizing chart as if you are pulling them over running shoes or dress shoes and not boots. For ANY type of boot, go up to the next largest size
Dry feet while riding in rain

I wear them when I am going to work in the morning and want my feet to stay dry. They fold up into a 4 inch by 4 inch by 2 inch package. My steel toed boots were harder to get into them but I got the extra size larger and it was easier than some other rain boots.
