Comments about Fly Black Ops Convertible Jacket:
Nice piece of equipment from Fly. It is very versatile. I wear mine under my rain gear (Klim Stow Away jacket) for a totally windproof / waterproof combo. The ability to remove the sleeves is awesome. Also wear ir around "camp" on multi-day rides. I don't wear a neck brace so that function is not needed for me, but maybe someday I will. Quality is very high. Looks good too.
