Comments about Fly Maverik MX Motorcycle Boots:
These are very good, especially for the price. The latches are plastic, but I haven't had any trouble with them. They adjust enough to fit a twig calf to a tree trunk calf. They are waterproofish, I have gotten wet feet in them before, but it took a while. Shifting becomes less sure, but I suppose that's to be expected with boots. Buy these!
Great for the price

These boots are amazingly light weight and possibly the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. The white once easily turn black after even the shortest ride, and my steel cap has scratched and turned orange from rust after the first ride. Great buy for the price!

Ok Boots

I bought these boots cause they were out of the MSR and Axo boots i wanted and with a baby and wife at home my budget only allowed me a economy boot. When I first tried them on they were pretty comfortable but as a day of ridding went on the left boot dug into my ankle causing some pretty good pain. my ankle was pretty raw when we were done ridding for the day. I dont know what it is but it seems the material just on the left boot wants to bow in when your bending at the ankles. So my plan is to put something in the boot to strech it out. I would suggest to anyone buying this boot to go with something else unless you have really tuff feet. And they look alot cheaper in front of you then they do in a picture
Good Boot

I'm just a recreational rider. Mostly chase my 6 yr. old around the track. Sometimes hit the track, trails and hills by myself, but nothing overly aggressive. The boots are a little stiff and if you wear a half-size plan on getting some thicker inserts, so your feet don't float. The buckles are plastic, buckle placement isn't the greatest, and one broke after the second day of riding...a little disappointing. I'll see if FLY will stand behind their product and send me a new one. Good boot for the price.
