The Panorama boot uses Gaerne's exclusive dry tech breathable liner to keep your feet dry and comfortable on those long wet rides. Additionally, we have added internal protection in the shin and ankle areas to provide more support. On the rear heel cup we have inserted a reflective safety strip and for the sole we have used an anti-slip rubber lug sole.

Simple all purpose boot

Comments about Gaerne Panorama Boots:
I've had them for 6 months, wear them on 40 mile trip everyday, catching winter, spring, and beginning of summer. They are waterproof, easy on & off, and warm down to about 30 degrees. I will have to quit wearing them as temp goes above 100, but love them for 95% of my commuting year.
Sweet Deal on solid boots

Really solid pair of touring or sport touring boots at a fantastic price. With my AMA discount they were only [$] - that's Amazing for such a well designed and constructed boot. Waterproof to boot! As others have said, they fit loose. I normally wear a size 9 atheletic shoe or hiking boot and ordered a 9 with a bit of trepidation. Putting them on I'm glad I went with the 9. An 8 would have been too short in lenght. The 9 was a good length but loose fitting for width, especially in the heel. I did what another rater mentioned and purchased a good pair of gel sport insoles which customized the fit perfectly - a trick I did 10 years ago with my old Joe Rocket boots too and wore them up until purchasing these boots. Along with my alpine ski socks, which I discovered are prefect for motorcycling too, these boots are comfortable and secure if a bit stiff when new. You can't go wrong with these if you're looking for a weatherproof commuting, touring or sport touring boot. They may be a bit hot in the middle of summer but I have a pair of vented boots for that.
Gaerne Panorama Boots

The boots are all-around solid. Designed for use and comfort, these Italian-built boots are a perfect 4 out of 5. The quality of workmanship and the materials is non-disputable and is visible and felt. The nifties of the features for me is the inner boot, or, to better put it, a shoe inside shoe construction for the upper part of the boot. This feature creates a compartment where your jeans go when it rains, and your rain gear goes atop of the outer flap. This insures the jeans stay dry all of the trip long. The boots are firm and supportive, and have built-in toe, ankle, and sheen protectors. The only downside for me is that I ride a cruiser and switching gears involves a little bit larger angle of flexion in the foot than I got used to, so getting used to them is a time-requisite. They are waterproof, too. I checked these on several showery trips already. I recommend these, though, to anybody, particularly at the price they sell them here at BikeBandit.

These boots are a bit stiff initially, but wear in nicely. They are Italy leather with a USA inner sole. The boots are warm and provide nice protection from the elements. Probably too warm for the summer though. Fall, Winter and Spring only. I am pleased with them!
