I got a graphic model, blacl and silver, sale price from Bike Bandit.
Mine doesn't have a double face shield, I think that's a mistake in the catalog, it has a face shield and an adjustable inner sun shield with dark gray tint. The cloth chin cover keeps my chin warmer when it's cool, it's probably as removable as the rest of the liner when it's hot.
The electric portion of the helmet is the red LED at the rear. The face shield is not wired or powered. The rear LED has 4 settings: Off, solid, fast blink, slow blink. I haven't used it yet, I ride mostly at night but I'm afraid of giving cretins something to shoot at. The LED might help as a hazard warning I could put upstream of the bike if it broke down in a bad place. If I had an accident lawyers might make an issue if I wasn't using the LED just because I could have.

Some of the vents don't have shutters, another reason why it's likely not a hard core snow helmet but a good road bike helmet. Face shield fogged a little at the bottom but stayed clear especially if cracked open. Fit is nice.

I like the snap that holds the loose end of the chin strap, my old helmet didn't have it. The sun shield stays where I put it so halfway down is ok. It might be hard to see if you're going in and out of shadows, better to grin and bear the sun glare (which you can do by sliding the tint part up with one hand, while riding).

I like it overall and it's got the features of a higher-end helmet. I had an unintended off-road event using my old helmet while riding into a sunrise, don't expect the sun shield to fix everything, sometimes you just have to stop and wait for the sun to go down or higher. Nice to have a new helmet anyway.
