I recently purchased a 1984 Yamaha Virago and was looking for a shop manual for the repairs I was sure it would need. I have purchased shop manuals for all of the cars I have owned. This is not of the same detail or quality as that type of manual. Much less detail in general and fewer of the diagrams I have come to love and depend on. I would only say it is merely adequate. If that is all you are looking for then buy it.

I bought this to help guide me on rebuilding an 83 Virago 750 engine. Comes in handy. Actually I even use the book for reference on other bikes, while waiting for their manuals to come in.

Only issue, My copy, 30 pages were cut wrong when they printed to book, and I had to cut them free. No biggy. I know glitches can Happen.
