Finding What You Need On BikeBandit.com

BikeBandit.com was designed so anyone could locate and order the parts and accessories they need within five or six clicks. To get started, just click on one of our departments displayed at the top of each page.

OEM ("Stock") Parts - Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are the parts that were on the machine when it was purchased new from the manufacturer. BikeBandit.com can supply you with any new parts the manufacturer currently makes for your machine. If a part has been discontinued, we will not be able to acquire it. Once you click on OEM Parts, you'll be asked to enter the year, make and model of your machine. Next you'll see a list of schematic diagrams for your machine that you can browse to find all the OEM parts you need. Once you have navigated to your specific machine type, it will automatically be added to your Garage, allowing for one-click access to your machine on future visits!

If you know the OEM part number of the items you need, you can use the BikeBandit.com Search box for faster results. Just enter the part number in the search box at the top of any page, and click search. Results will be displayed, along with pricing and availability.

Aftermarket Parts - Here you'll find a complete offering of performance and replacement parts from air filters and brakes to complete exhaust systems and windshields. BikeBandit.com carries products from a huge variety of manufacturers and is continuously adding and updating new items. Once you click on Aftermarket Parts, you can browser by assembly type for items you need. To narrow your Aftermarket Parts search by what fits your machine, use the Machine Picker tool at the top left of the page to see results and options for your machine, along with OEM alternatives.

Adding Items to Your Cart / Placing Your First Order / Proceeding to Check Out

Once you've found an item you'd like to purchase you'll need to add the item to your Shopping Cart. Enter the quantity and click the Add to Cart button - you'll then be taken to your Shopping Cart, where you can either begin the checkout process or continue shopping. You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page.

When you're ready to check out just follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, though sometimes unexpected delays caused by a manufacturer can result in a delay (for more information please see Tracking Your Order below).

Checking Out on BikeBandit.com

You may proceed to checkout and complete your order at any time. Click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the screen and make sure your Shopping Cart contains everything you'd like to order, then click the Checkout button located at the bottom of the Cart Page, near your Cart sub-total. This will start the checkout procedure where you'll enter your information.
Enter Your Billing Details Your billing address is where you receive your credit card statement. For security purposes, this address must match the one on file with your financial institution. For more information on our Privacy Policy, click here.
Payment Methods / Options

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa Credit/Debit cards, Bill Me Later (BML), and PayPal. Note: Your card won't be charged your order ships, however, a portion of your available balance will be reserved by your financial institution.

Sales Taxes / Duties

Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers, and are generally required to collect taxes where they have a physical sales presence.

BikeBandit.com currently charges sales tax on orders shipped to California addresses in order to remain in compliance with California State Laws. For International (non-US) orders, any applicable regional and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be present during check out.

Kentucky Residents: BikeBandit.com purchases made by residents of the US State of Kentucky may be subject to Kentucky use taxes. The state of Kentucky requires Kentucky purchasers to report all purchases of tangible personal property or digital property that are not taxed by the retailer and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt by Kentucky law. Purchases on BikeBandit.com are not exempt merely because they are made on the internet, by catalog, or by other remote means. The tax may be reported and paid on the Kentucky individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return with the Kentucky Department of Revenue.

Enter Your Shipping Details Your shipping address will be verified by UPS and the USPS, and is where your items will be delivered upon shipping. Certain locations may require additional handling information or charges. (See Also, Shipping Options / International Shipping)
Adding A Promo Code If you have a promotional code that is valid, you can enter it in the shopping cart. If your order qualifies, the code will automatically apply to your cart. Note: Certain promtional offer codes will not work with items/brands listed under MAP restrictions. If you believe your promo code is not working correctly, please contact Customer Service.
Redeeming a Gift Card / Bandit Bucks You can redeem a Gift Card or Bandit Bucks your purchase. For more information about Bandit Bucks, click here. Note: BikeBandit.com Gift Cards cannot be redeemed towards the purchase of other gift cards.
Applying a Partner / Military Discount

BikeBandit.com has official partnerships with the American Motorcycle Association and Dairyland Cycle Insurance. As a result, customers with valid AMA or Dairlyland Membership numbers may enter them in the cart for their discounts.

BikeBandit.com also salutes our nation's heroes and offers riders with a valid Military ID a discount on their purchase. For more information on applying your military discount, please contact our sales team.

Trouble Placing an Order

Your business is important to us. If you are receiving an error message or having other difficulties completing an order at BikeBandit.com, please read through the suggestions below:

Unsure if your order went through: Occasionally, an order will be successfully submitted even if there appears to be an error on the last step of the checkout process. Before attempting to place the order again, please click on "View Order History" in the Manage Your Account Box to see if the order was successfully placed.
Can't add items to Shopping Cart:

Be sure that you have selected the quantity and size / color options of the item you would like to purchase before clicking "Add to Cart".

Error message on Credit Card Entry:

Make sure that you have selected the correct credit card type and verify the correct card number and expiration dates were entered. If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, please be sure that you have activated the new card before entering it into the order form.

Error with Shipping / Billing Address:

Please be sure to enter your complete billing address information as it appears on your credit card statement, specifically the zip code. To verify your ZIP code, visit www.usps.com/zip4/.

For shipping address errors, confirm that the address is entered correctly. UPS/USPS may suggest a corrected address, and you may need to confirm the corrected address.

Page Does Not Refresh / Not Updating If you are being looped back to the same page in the shopping or checkout process, or if the page is not updating when you make changes, your Web browser may be caching/storing an older copy of the page. You can force your browser to update the page by holding down the Shift key on your keyboard and simultaneously clicking the Reload or Refresh button on your browser.
System Error These errors usually occur for only a short time. Please return to our Web site and try again later.
Other troubleshooting tips:

If your problem is not listed, it's possible that one of these suggestions may help:

Refresh the page. If a page loads only halfway or takes a very long time to load, clicking the "Stop" button at the top of your browser and then clicking "Reload" or "Refresh" often solves the problem.

Clear your cache. Most Web browsers temporarily store a local copy of every page you visit. Clearing your cache deletes those files and makes room for new ones. Go to the "Cache" or "Temporary Internet Files" option on your browser (on Netscape, go to "Options" and choose "Network Preferences"; if you use Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" and choose "Internet Options"), and delete the files stored in your cache.

Order Status / Tracking My Order

BikeBandit.com has developed the best online real-time order tracking system in the powersports industry! To view the status of any of your orders, just login and select View Order History. You will be able to see every order you have placed with BikeBandit.com along with the status of each item ordered. There are six different status designations for each item you've ordered:
Pending The item has been ordered from the manufacturer or supplier and we are awaiting confirmation that it is available from their inventory.
On Order The item is in transit from the manufacturer or supplier.
Shipped BikeBandit.com has shipped the item to you, and it is currently in transit to your address.
Cross-Shipped The item is not available from the manufacturer/supplier’s main warehouse but is in transit from an alternate warehouse. Please note: This will usually add 1-4 business days to our normal order fulfillment time. BikeBandit.com will wait for cross-shipped items before shipping your order.
Backorder The item is currently out of stock in all of the manufacturers’ US warehouses but is still in production and is not considered to be discontinued. BikeBandit.com will ship all non-backordered parts as soon as possible and will ship the backordered item - when it arrives from the manufacturer - by ground service at no additional charge. If the backordered item does not arrive within 25 days, it will be cancelled from your order.
Not Available The item is no longer in production and has been considered discontinued by the manufacturer BikeBandit.com isn't able to acquire discontinued parts.

If your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and your Order History will display the package tracking information from UPS or USPS.

Combining / Adding Items to An Order

Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined nor can items be added to an existing order. BikeBandit.com's fulfillment system routes orders between both internal inventory and external suppliers based on the items you've purchased. This means that two orders from the same customer placed seconds apart may actually be routed to and filled by two different sources. We cannot add parts into an existing order because BikeBandit.com does not store credit card data online for security purposes.

Cancelling An Order

If you need to cancel an order (or a part of an order), call 1-888-339-3888 (+1-619-623-3661 for International) and speak to a Customer Service Representative. In the event that your call is later than our normal hours of operation, please send an email to cancel@bikebandit.com. Be sure to provide us with the order ID in your email message.

BikeBandit.com works extremely hard to fill orders in the shortest amount of time possible. Orders for OEM parts may be cancelled with no restocking fee within one hour of being placed. After one hour, cancelled orders for OEM parts are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the merchandise value. Orders for all other parts may be cancelled with no restocking fee provided the order hasn't already entered the shipping process. For more information on our Returns Policy, click here.

Missing Items in Your Order / Incorrect Items in Your Order

Be sure to thorougly check all packing materials for small parts when you receive your order. Also, check the Packing Slip included with your order to verify that all items have shipped. This will indicate (as of the time the package was shipped) if an item has not shipped because, for example, it is on backorder from the manufacturer or has been discontinued.

For real-time status updates, please login to your BikeBandit.com account click "View Order History". You will be able to see every order you have placed with BikeBandit.com along with the status of each item ordered. For more information on the status of your items, click here.

BikeBandit.com will sometimes ship orders in more than one package to ensure the fastest possible fulfillment (you will only be charged for shipping once.) The Order History will show all tracking information for each order, and will indicate when an order has been shipped in multiple packages by displaying the UPS or USPS tracking numbers corresponding to each item shipped.

If an item has been marked shipped and was not included with the package you expected it in, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help resolve the problem.

If you did not receive exactly what you expected, the BikeBandit.com Customer Service Team is here to help. Manufacturers sometimes supercede a part with a compatible item that has a different part number - this is fairly common when ordering OEM parts for older machines Other times, parts can mislabeled by the manufacturer, or an error is made by one of our suppliers in filling your order. In such cases, we will at your option either issue a complete refund to your credit card or reship your order at no expense to you. We can also send you a shipping label to return the incorrect item. Please contact us if you believe that the item you received is incorrect and we'll work to make things right.
